COMMITMENT TO SERVICE

Our salon is dedicated to using quality products for all our services. All our Stylists and Staff sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflected in the loyalty of our Guests.  We have proudly serviced the McHenry County community for over 28 years!

WE ARE ALL-INCLUSIVE

We welcome and respect all our Guests and their diversity.  Discriminatory or derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, using profanity, is intoxicated/ under the influence, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.   We want everyone to feel comfortable while in our salon space.  Service animals are welcome.

SALON SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Adjustments are offered by your Stylist within 5 days of the original service (with the exception of fun/fade color services). The original Stylist will perform the adjustment at no charge. However, any new requests or additions that were not part of the original service plan, will be charged at the appropriate fee. Our Stylists guarantee their work, so we encourage you to contact your Stylist directly to discuss any service questions you have or adjustments you may need. Your Stylist will know best how to proceed.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you may be running behind, please call to notify us so we may coordinate to accommodate your late arrival. PLEASE NOTE that we may not be able to accommodate Guests who are 15 minutes or more late, as it can affect the next Guest after your scheduled time. Due to the high volume of Guests we serve, pre-booking your next appointment after your service is HIGHLY recommended to ensure you get the day & time of your choice.

Last-Minute Cancellations

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations so we may have adequate time to offer that opening to another Guest.  Less than 24-hour cancellations will incur a $35 fee, charged at the next time of booking or at the next visit.

No-Call/ No-Show

To re-book a future appointment following a no-call/ no-showed appointment, we will require a 50% pre-paid deposit for the service appointment requested.  This deposit amount will be applied towards the service appointment in full.  If that appointment is no-call/no-showed, the deposited amount is then forfeited.  Any future appointments will be required to be pre-paid in full to reserve the appointment.

New Guest Specialty Appointments

Specialty appointments are typically appointments for special events or that run 2+ hours, such as Special Occasion Styles, Balayage,  Fashion Color Transition, Brazilian Blowout, and Hair Extension Installation.  If you are a new Guest to our salon, we may contact you for a 20% deposit on the appointment as these appointments are in HIGH DEMAND.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in the price of your service and at your discretion, they are greatly appreciated. The recommended amount in the industry is 18-20% of your service fee. Due to ever-increasing fees, gratuity cannot be applied to credit cards.
